Who runs this site
This website, sagersells.com, is operated by DiAnn Sager, a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Washington, license number 132989, affiliated with RE/MAX Gateway, whose Anacortes office is at 914 15th Street, Anacortes, WA 98221. RE/MAX Gateway operates under the same ownership as RE/MAX Whatcom County. Each RE/MAX office is independently owned and operated. DiAnn Sager is a licensed Washington real estate broker (license #132989) with RE/MAX Gateway, part of RE/MAX Whatcom County.

What this site is and is not
This site provides information about DiAnn Sager's real estate services and about the housing market in Skagit, Island, Whatcom, and Snohomish counties, Washington. It is published to help you understand how buying and selling a home works here and to let you get in touch if you want help.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, lending, insurance, or investment advice. Descriptions of the buying and selling process are general and describe how DiAnn typically works; every transaction is different, and the documents you sign govern yours. For legal or tax questions, consult an attorney or accountant. For loan questions, consult a lender.
Using this site, reading a guide, requesting an EPIC™ Home-Selling Report, or sending a message does not create an agency relationship between you and DiAnn Sager or RE/MAX Gateway. Representation begins only when a written agreement is signed. In Washington, a written brokerage services agreement is required before an agent provides real estate brokerage services to you, and the compensation in that agreement is negotiable and set by agreement between you and the broker. Washington's Law of Real Estate Agency pamphlet is provided to every client at the start of an agency relationship; ask DiAnn for a copy at any time.
Free guides and reports are provided as general information and as DiAnn's professional opinion at the time they are written. They are not appraisals and are not a guarantee of any sale price or outcome.
Listing and market information
Property listings shown on this site are homes DiAnn Sager represents or has represented, and the details come from the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) and from the listing file. Listing information can change after it is published here, including price and status, and it is provided without guarantee. Before relying on any detail about a property, confirm it through the contact page or the current MLS record. Square footage, lot size, and similar figures are approximate and are to be verified by the buyer.
Market figures on this site, such as median prices or days on market, are quoted from NWMLS InfoSparks or other named sources as of the date stated next to them. Markets move; a figure is accurate for its date and not necessarily for today. Listing information on this site is provided by Northwest Multiple Listing Service and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed; buyers should verify all information to their own satisfaction.
If an IDX search is added to this site, the listings it displays belong to the brokerages that listed them, are provided under NWMLS rules, and carry the notices required by those rules.
Using this site
The text, guides, photographs, video, and graphics on this site belong to DiAnn Sager or are used under license, including listing photography that is often owned by the photographer and licensed to the listing brokerage.
