What sagersells.com collects from a form, who receives it, how it is used, how text consent works, and how to have your information corrected or deleted.
What this site collects
This site belongs to DiAnn Sager, a Real Estate Broker with RE/MAX Gateway in Anacortes, Washington. It collects personal information only when you choose to give it, through the contact form or one of the free-guide request forms such as the EPIC™ Home-Selling Report request.
Those forms ask for your first name and email address, which are required, and your last name and phone number, which are optional. The contact form includes an optional message field. Some guide request forms ask one or two extra questions related to that guide; for example, the EPIC™ Report form asks for the property address and roughly when you are thinking about selling. Nothing else on a form is collected.
If you enter a phone number and tick the text-message consent box, this site records that you consented, the exact wording you were shown, and the date and time you submitted the form, so that there is a clear record of what you agreed to.
Beyond what you type into a form, the site keeps standard server logs, which include the IP address and browser information sent by every web request, for security and troubleshooting. If the on-site chat assistant is switched on and you use it, the messages you type into it are collected for the purpose of answering you. This site does not run analytics or advertising cookies today. If that changes, this page will say so first.
Who receives it
When you submit a form, the information goes to GoHighLevel, the customer relationship management system DiAnn uses to keep track of inquiries and follow up with the people who made them. GoHighLevel stores that information on DiAnn's behalf and is a service provider, not a party that uses your information for its own purposes.
This site is hosted on Vercel, which means every page you load and every form you submit passes through Vercel's servers. Vercel is likewise a service provider processing data on DiAnn's behalf.
If the chat assistant is switched on, the messages you type into it are sent to Anthropic, the company whose model generates the replies, in order to answer you. To keep the forms and the chat from being abused, the site may use Upstash to limit how many requests come from one place in a short period; where it does, Upstash handles only the minimal data needed to count requests.
Each of these companies publishes its own terms and privacy commitments. None of them is given your information for their own marketing. DiAnn Sager does not sell your personal information and does not share it with other businesses for their marketing. Your information is received by DiAnn Sager at RE/MAX Gateway and the people who help her serve you (her brokerage and her transaction coordinator) only when a transaction is underway, and never sold or rented.
How it is used
Your information is used to respond to what you asked for. If you requested a guide or a report, it is used to deliver that guide or report. If you asked a question, it is used to answer it. If you asked about buying or selling a home, it is used to follow up with you about buying or selling a home.
After you have made contact, DiAnn may also send you occasional email about the North Puget Sound housing market, such as a market update or a note about a new guide. Every one of those emails includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing stops them. Marketing email goes out from DiAnn's own systems a few times a month at most, and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe.
Your information is not sold, rented, or traded. It is not used to build a profile of you for advertising by third parties.
How long it is kept: contact records stay in the CRM so that DiAnn can continue a conversation you started, and they are deleted on request as described below. Records are kept until you ask for them to be deleted; email DiAnn at the address on the contact page and the request is honored.
Calls and text messages
Giving a phone number is optional on every form. If you give one, it is used to call you back about your inquiry.
Text messages are sent only if you ticked the consent box on the form. The box is never pre-ticked. The wording you agree to states who is contacting you, that message and data rates may apply, that message frequency varies, and that you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. That wording is recorded with your submission, along with the time you agreed.
To stop text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message, or email DiAnn@sagersells.com and ask. To stop phone calls, say so on the call or send the same email. Requests are honored promptly and without any charge.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying or selling a home with DiAnn Sager or RE/MAX Gateway, and declining it does not affect the service you receive.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information this site holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request to DiAnn@sagersells.com or call (360) 770-7139, and say which of the three you want. Deletion requests are passed to the service providers named above so the information is removed from the CRM as well as from any working copies. Records that must be kept for a real estate transaction or to meet a legal requirement are kept for as long as that requirement lasts and then deleted. Client transaction files are kept as Washington real estate law requires. Requests about your information are answered within the week.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any email, and you can stop text messages by replying STOP. You can also choose not to give a phone number at all; the forms work without one.
This policy is posted because any commercial website that collects personal information from California residents is required to post one under the California Online Privacy Protection Act, and because the people who use this site deserve to know where their information goes. This site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no cross-site tracking here to turn off. If you live in a state whose privacy law gives you additional rights, you can make the same request by email and it will be honored to the extent the law provides.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and no information is knowingly collected from them. Changes to this policy are posted on this page with a new effective date. Effective date: This policy took effect October 17, 2026..
